SciVal enables universities to measure their research performance and make informed strategic decisions. My UX team developed SciVal from the ground up. Our focus on user needs and ease of use was a primary reason for SciVal's commercial success.
Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB)

Cambridge International Examinations
I helped this University of Cambridge-owned education business to redesign their website's navigation and get visitors to relevant information more quickly. I used quantitative data from tree testing and visitor analytics to design and validate the new information architecture.
The Key mobile app
My research led us to pivot the initial concept for our mobile app to focus more on our users’ core needs, leading to a successful launch with higher-than-expected adoption and user engagement.
Post-purchase onboarding flow
I designed a new onboarding experience that makes it super easy for school leaders to sign up and start using The Key's services. Journey mapping, prototyping and user testing were essential to the project's success.
Online purchase experience
We used a Lean approach to redesign the online purchase experience around our customers. But skipping the user testing phase to save time led us down the wrong path.
